Familyfriendlyfun.com.au has an extensive user database with keen members looking for products, services and venues. The website is structured into categories where the item is uploaded by us or our members. Anyone who is registered or not can review the product, service or venue based on their own experience as a family. This is moderated by us of course to ensure that there is no offensive or obscene information contained within. The upload contains as much relevant information that is necessary and can include contact information such as website, address and phone so that your product, service or venue can be found.

Below we have listed the ways in which you can go about getting your product, venue or service reviewed.
1. What is the submission fee to have my product(s), service(s) or venue(s) reviewed?
A) We offer free product, service and venue reviews. Our reviews are made based on our Familyfriendlyfun.com.au criteria. Please click here to view our review criteria.
2. How many copies of the product must I send?
A) One copy is all that is required. Please note: This must be a full version copy, just as a consumer purchasing the product would receive. We do not accept samples or beta version products. For venues or services, we invite invitations to experience these. Your service or venue is more than welcome to be included in our Bridgeman Family Review Roadtrip itinerary. 3. How long will my review remain viewable to the public?
A) Indefinitely, unless you request that it be removed.
4. How many products may I send for review?
A) You are welcome to send as many products as you wish, in total. We request that you limit each shipment to a maximum of three items, so there is not a backlog for others wishing to have their product reviewed. Please fill out a submission form for each product, so our review team has the information needed to process the review correctly.
5) How will I know if my product is accepted and listed?
A) You will be contacted by email or mail as soon as your product, service or venue has been listed for review. All products, entry tickets and venue packages are accepted for review providing they are not offensive, contain mature content or are deemed as unsafe for families.
6) What happens if I mail a product while you are on the road trip?
A)All of our mail will be posted to us on a weekly basis, to the nearest Australia Post where we will be. You items WILL reach us, if you post them to the mailing address provided.
7) Will my product be returned, once the review is complete?
A) Familyfriendlyfun.com.au does not return products submitted for review.
8) What should I include with my product, when mailed for review?
A) Nothing else is required. However, we encourage you to send a media kit, press releases concerning the product, and a business card. If these are not available, please just send the product itself. These items are not used in judging the product for the review, but to give our staff more background concerning your company and product(s). We also accept coupons or offers for our members, so if you would like these included please send the relevant offer information.
8) Can I sponsor the Bridgeman Family Review Roadtrip with my product or service?
A) Sponsorship for the Bridgeman Family Review Roadtrip is currently open to companies wishing to have their products, services or venues included in this exciting venture. We have packages available for major sponsorship family friendly In the meantime you may request to be included in our itinerary so that our members can anticipate our use of or arrival at your particular product, service or venue.
